We bring the vision, the logistics, and the calm, so you can dream big and make confident decisions. We’ll hype the bold ideas, refine the chaotic ones, and tell you when something truly won’t land.

You get the fun parts, tastings, fittings, mockups, design boards, and a curated vendor lineup you can trust. We take care of the emails, timelines, budgets, problem-solving, and the behind-the-scenes hustle.

On the day, we’re quietly running the show while you live it. You dance, cry happy tears, and hear “best wedding ever” on repeat. That’s the whole point, and we love getting you there.

This service is most commonly booked 8-24 months out from the wedding day but has no limit for when it can be secured.

PARTIAL PLANNING

You’ve got the big pieces locked in. Venue booked, key vendors secured, moodboard brewing. Now you want a pro to level up the details, close the gaps, and pull your vision together with real intention.

Our partial planning is collaborative and design-forward, with the structure, clarity, and expert guidance you need to make confident calls without spiraling in spreadsheets.

We step in as your calm, your creative sounding board, and your logistics brain, making sure everything feels cohesive, personal, and effortlessly you. Together, we refine, design, and execute a wedding that hits exactly the way you want it to.

This service is most commonly booked 6-14 months out from the wedding day.

MONTH OF MANAGEMENT

Our Month of Management is for couples who’ve planned and designed their wedding, but want a pro to come in, tighten everything up, and make sure it all runs flawlessly. We take over the final details, confirm vendors, build the timeline, and handle the full wedding-day coordination so you can actually relax and enjoy it.

In the weeks leading up, we’ll do a full handoff review of your plans, flag gaps you might not see, and get everyone aligned. On the day, we’re the point person for your vendor team, your wedding party, and your family, so you’re free to be present for every moment.

This service is currently able to be booked 6 months out or less from the wedding day.
